This summarizes what we discussed this afternoon, creating a tool for stock members to electronically vote whether they want to (A) return their stock certificate back to PMP or (B) have PMP repurchase their stock certificate. In the end, this creates a log of all votes in one place that we can easily reference if needed. We want to have this tool tested and live for the Oct 8 meeting. We can post link/create new page on our website- which ever you see best. The stock members first deadline is Nov 8 and those that do not respond by Dec 8 are considered in favor of transferring stock certificate to PMP.
